Great Location - just a short walk from the bus and train station, making it convenient for transportation. close to the main street and the Funicolare to the historic part of the city.
Run down facilities - the facilities are in need of renewal and maintenance. Some areas were dirty and uncomfortable, such as dirty dishes and worn-out furniture.

At Arte Bergamo, I always come back. The staff is great & I even got a late check out. Perfect for me with everything I need - free Wi-Fi, cookware, A/C, flat-screen TV. Plus, I can bring my pet & there's no smoking. Can't wait to return for Christmas!

During my recent trip to Bergamo, I had the opportunity to stay at Arte Bergamo hotel. Although I was only there for transit, I found two features of the hotel database particularly helpful. the hotel is conveniently located near the nearest airport, making it a convenient choice for those with early or late flights. the database provided detailed information about the hotel, allowing me to easily access important information and plan my short stay effectively.
I did come across one minor drawback during my stay. The database mentioned that the hotel is in need of good maintenance and a good clean.

The beds and sofa were incredibly comfy for our post-party crashes. The apartment was hella clean and had all the necessities for a lit stay. It was in the perfect location, close to the train/bus station and main street with lit restaurants. And let's not forget the big balcony, perfect for squad hangouts. Gino, the host, was super helpful even though we never met him. He gave us precise directions and replied to our questions ASAP. And that bed, though. it was pure heaven after a crazy day of exploring!
The only thing missing was a sick rooftop party area. We wished there was a designated space in the hotel where we could turn up the music and have a wild time with other young party-goers.

We had so much fun exploring the city and visiting the Citta Alta, with its ancient streets and breathtaking views. The apartment was super cool and spacious, perfect for hanging out with friends and playing video games. We also loved the central location, it made it easy for us to find cool bars and clubs to party at night.
The only thing we wished for was a pool or some kind of chill-out area where we could relax and meet other young people. It would have been the perfect addition to our stay and made our vacation even more epic!

We had a total blast exploring the cool cafes and trendy shops in the city center. Plus, the awesome nightclubs nearby were perfect for our late-night dance parties. We also had a thrilling day trip to the adrenaline-pumping adventure park, where we conquered daring zip lines and challenging obstacle courses. It was the ultimate vacation for young party-goers like us!
The only thing we wished for was a rooftop terrace or a chill-out area in the hotel where we could hang out and meet other young travelers. It would have been so rad to have a place to relax and socialize, enjoying the stunning city views while sipping on some refreshing drinks.

I had a great view of the adjacent building from the balcony! The bed creaked so loudly, it felt like I was part of a percussion band. The drains were so slow that taking a shower turned into a thrilling game of "Will it overflow?" The mold in the bathroom added a lovely touch of nature. Handles missing from the pots added an element of surprise in cooking. No teatowel, coffee, or sugar, but hey, at least I had some basic oil and vinegar! The balcony was a hidden treasure trove of random items. It was like a game of "What's in the dusty corner?" Oh, and I loved waking up in a stiflingly hot room in the middle of the night. It made me appreciate the beauty of sleepless nights.

The bed and sofa were super comfy, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for a longer stay, including kitchen and laundry facilities. The location was excellent, close to the train/bus station and main street with restaurants. The host, Gino, was extremely helpful and provided precise instructions on how to get there. The apartment also had a big balcony, which was a nice bonus.
Felt special, no complaints whatsoever.
